Needless to say, when you hear that complaint over and over and over from basically everyone everywhere, you take action. Enter Matt's Veal Parm.
You're all presumably familiar with genetics so we'll skip the science behind how my adoration for this sandwich was inherited but I do this because of my pops. Nothing makes the fat thickly-accented Brooklynite happier than a big plate of veal parm. I basically grew up eating the stuff in lieue of birthday cake. Thin crispy veal milanese, a generous ladling of tomato sauce and some broiled muenster (thank you Il Vagabondo).
